These 2.5 hour classes are designed for anyone to come and complete projects that have been started. It is also possible to start something new, you just may need to book a couple of sessions depending on your skill level or the project you choose. Another option is to bring clothing that needs repairing and I can show you techniques on how to complete this. If you are joining us on a Monday night, you will be joining the students on a 4 week course usually so spaces are limited for this reason. A You Decide style of course is where you can choose what pattern you’d like to make whether it be a couple of beginner options or one larger project - ideas include a summer dress or top with darts, zip, ties or buttons; fitted or elastic waisted pants, shorts,or skirt; a basic jacket – the options are limitless. Choosing a pattern with my support ensures you are able to meet your specific needs on your learn to sew journey. Each class size is 4 people. What’s included: 2.5 hours tuition in class. Use of sewing machines and tools Herbal tea for refreshments What you need to bring: Your pattern (I have many to choose from but it may require printing or cutting out). Fabric - washed and dried Thread and notions required for your pattern (elastic, buttons, zip, interfacing) Your own sewing machine and bobbins if you would like help learning to use it Water bottle Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate 16+ Cancellation Policy: If the session is less than 2 people I may need to cancel.
